My Last Minute Sustainable Christmas Crafts

I’m chuffed to bits with my homemade bauble wreath. I’ve coveted one since I saw them in a shop a few years ago but couldn’t justify putting more plastic into the world. So I scoured charity shops for second-hand baubles and once I had enough made the one in the photo up top with a metal clothes hanger and some reused ribbon.  I followed the instructions given in this tutorial on how to make a bauble wreath.

Stunning Sustainable (and easy) Christmas Decorations

I adore this design and have a simpler off-white version of this decoration hanging over my dining table. I made them in about 30 minutes before Christmas dinner one year when, in a fit of madness, I decided that the room looked bare.
